Spicy blackened salmon is balanced with a house-made tangy Carolina BBQ sauce, fresh broccoli and roasted potatoes. 

All spice blends like our blackened seasoning are made in house to maintain healthy sodium levels without sacrificing flavor. Each salmon filet is deboned and cut fresh for each meal. Plus, salmon is a great source of essential omega-3 fatty acids and is rich in B vitamins, which aid in improving cholesterol levels and in brain and eye function.
