WELL Beyond GLP-1s — Program Terms & Acknowledgment

By registering for WELL Beyond GLP-1s, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Nutrition education, not prescribing care. WELL Beyond GLP-1s is a nutrition education and coaching program led by Mindy Musselman, a Registered Dietitian, in partnership with fit-flavors, LLC and Well My Way, LLC. As a Registered Dietitian, Mindy provides nutrition guidance within her scope of practice. She is not a physician and does not prescribe, adjust, or manage medications. The program is designed to support — not replace — care from your prescribing provider, and any decisions about your GLP-1 medication should be made with the provider who prescribed it.

Coordination with your healthcare team. I am responsible for keeping my prescribing provider informed of any significant changes to my diet, exercise, or supplementation routine, and for raising any concerns about my medication, dosing, or symptoms with that provider rather than relying on this program. I will not stop, start, or alter any prescription based on information shared in this program without first consulting my prescriber.

Individual results vary. Outcomes depend on many factors including but not limited to my health history, medication, adherence, and individual circumstances. fit-flavors and Well My Way make no guarantees regarding weight loss, body composition, energy levels, or any other specific outcome.

Allergies and dietary needs. I am responsible for disclosing any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions, and for verifying ingredient information on any meals or products I choose to purchase.

Privacy in group sessions. Live office hour sessions are not recorded. By attending, I agree to keep other participants' shared information confidential and to refrain from recording, screenshotting, or distributing any session content.

Program materials. All program materials, including videos, modules, worksheets, and resources, are the property of fit-flavors and Well My Way. I agree not to share, redistribute, resell, or post these materials publicly without written permission.

Refunds. Registration fees are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@fit-flavors.com and will be considered at the sole discretion of fit-flavors. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee a refund will be issued.

Release of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release fit-flavors, LLC, Well My Way, LLC, and their respective owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from my participation in this program, my use of any information provided, or my consumption of any meals or products purchased in connection with the program.

Acknowledgment. I have read these terms, I understand them, and I am voluntarily registering for this program.
