At fit-flavors, we make fresh prepared meals for health conscious, busy people. Founded in 2009 by personal trainer and private chef Jillian Tedesco, fit-flavors now has six St. Louis area locations and offers home delivery to the greater St. Louis area.
All menu items are nutritionally balanced, made with quality ingredients, and ready to heat and eat. fit-flavors also offers nutrition education and resources through nutrition counseling with our partner dietitian, our nutrition blog, calorie calculator tool, meal planning worksheet, and the fit-flavors community.
