Enjoy delicious and heart-healthy meals with our Low Sodium Meal Plan. Each meal is crafted to provide flavor while keeping sodium levels under 500 mg per serving.

Meals:

  • Turkey, Eggs, & Potatoes: Ground turkey, pasture raised scrambled eggs, and roasted Idaho & sweet potatoes (330mg)
  • Steak & Garlic Parmesan Potatoes: Grilled steak, parmesan and garlic roasted Yukon potatoes, green beans (380mg)
  • Taco Stuffed Pepper: Red bell pepper with seasoned ground beef and salsa, cilantro lime rice, and pico de gallo (490mg)
  • Lemon Dill Salmon: Baked lemon dill salmon, green beans and buttery seasoned basmati rice (400mg)
  • Turkey & Tzatziki Sauce: Ground turkey, zucchini, red bell pepper, fresh herbs, and sweet potatoes, with a side of tzatziki sauce (350mg)
  • Chimichurri Chicken: Herb grilled chicken topped with chimichurri sauce, served with roasted yukon potato wedges and a sweet and savory vegetable blend (240mg)
