Meals:
- Turkey, Eggs, & Potatoes: Seasoned ground turkey, pasture-raised eggs, and a duo of roasted Idaho and sweet potatoes — hearty, simple, and clean fuel to start the day.

Potato & Egg White Scramble: Fluffy egg whites with roasted Yukon potatoes, vibrant peppers, spinach, and lean turkey sausage. Every bite hits warm, hearty, and perfectly seasoned.
- Taco Stuffed Pepper: Roasted sweet red bell pepper filled with seasoned beef and salsa, served with cilantro-lime rice and fresh pico. A zesty, protein-packed twist on taco night.
- Lemon Dill Salmon: Oven-baked salmon with bright lemon and dill, paired with green beans and toasted buttery basmati rice for a clean, light classic.
- Breaded Chicken & Au Gratin Potatoes: Italian breaded chicken, sliced potatoes made with homemade cheese sauce, onions, topped with green onions, side of broccolini
- Turkey Fried Rice: Ground turkey tossed with brown rice, edamame, and crisp veggies in a light soy-sriracha sauce. A clean, high-protein twist on a takeout favorite.

Snacks:
