How It Works

Fresh, never frozen — every meal is chef-made and packaged to stay good for 12–15 days. Walk into any of our retail locations and grab one meal or a full week's worth; no ordering ahead required. Want to plan ahead? Order online for in-store pickup, or home delivery within ~30 miles of a store. Healthy food, portioned and ready when you are.

The Food

Are meals gluten-free or dairy-free?

About 80% of our meals are gluten free and more than half are dairy free — just look for GF or DF on the label or online. We're meticulous about cleaning between allergen items, but our facility handles all seven major allergens, so please use caution with severe allergies.

How do I reheat my meal?

Most meals reheat in about 1:30–2:00 minutes (remove sauce cups and tortillas first). Salads and most snacks are best enjoyed cold.

Can I eat a meal after the best-by date?

That date is our freshness guarantee. Eating past it is at your own discretion. If it is past the best-by date, be sure to give it a quick check for any off smell or appearance first.

Can I freeze my meals?

While we recommend consuming the meals fresh for the best flavor, you can freeze the meals for up to about a month. Let your meal thaw overnight in the fridge for the best texture.

Can I customize a meal?

Our meals come as they are, but we'd love for you to make it yours! Our bulk proteins, carbs, and veggies are perfect for building exactly what you're craving.

How far ahead do I need to place an online order?

We ask for 72 hours' notice because we cook to order — that's how you get the freshest dates.

What's the delivery minimum and cost?

Orders have a $100 minimum, with shipping from $6.99–14.99 and free local delivery over $150. We deliver in-house within ~30 miles of a store; farther out, we use 1-day UPS shipping.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Nope! Your insulated box with ice packs keeps everything cold for up to 8 hours, so it'll be just fine waiting on your porch.

What if I miss my pickup?

No worries — your meals are held for 72 hours, so just reach out to reschedule. After that, orders are reshelved or donated without a refund.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Yes, as long as it's at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery date.

Meal Plans & Perks

How do subscriptions work?

We're not like the others. No commitments or meal plans are required to enjoy fit-flavors. We do offer both meal plans and subscriptions to serve customers who prefer this shopping method. Subscriptions are an optional add-on for our Meal Plans, processing automatically weekly or biweekly — and they give you extra savings per plan. You'll be billed 3–4 days before each order. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime, right through the subscription portal! Just make changes at least 4 days before your next order date.

How does the rewards program work?

Our rewards program is free to join, in store or online. Earn points every time you shop and redeem them for savings at checkout in-store or online — just use them within 6 months before they expire.

Do you sell gift cards?

We do! Physical cards are available in store and e-gift cards online (delivered by email). Both work for in-store and online purchases.

Policies

What's your refund policy?

We'll always make it right with a refund or credit for quality issues, missing items, or timely cancellations — a quick photo helps us look into it. Per health code, returned meals can't be resold.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and gift cards, plus checks in store.
