All new hires will go through an initial training program for their specific position. There is then an opportunity to cross-train in other positions of interest. Additionally, anyone interested in a management position can go through our Manager Training Program. Each training program is an opportunity for the employee to learn their new position and to show their passion and commitment to the company.
As a team, we are constantly working to improve ourselves as individuals and as a whole. You will find that fit-flavors is interested in your personal goals and helping you achieve them. The stronger we are as individuals, the stronger we are as a team. We help employees achieve work and personal goals through offering opportunities to learn new positions at work, attend development workshops, sit in on webinars, and through bi-annual reviews with direct up lines.

How do I apply for a job at fit-flavors?
On this page, you'll find a current list of open positions at fit-flavors. Don't see a position at the moment which is a fit with your background? There is also an opportunity to submit your resume for general interest. We'll hang onto it for consideration should a future position open that may be a match. Remember to check in with our job board for future openings, as we are growing!
Can I expect to receive a personal response?
When we receive your resume in response to an open position, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. Your resume will then be reviewed by our Recruiting team and you will receive a response whether we are able to more forward with next steps.
What is your hiring process like?

What kind of growth opportunities are available at fit-flavors?
At fit-flavors we encourage internal mobility. Open position listings are shared with employees and we also have an internal job posting board where positions are posted internally before searching externally for a candidate.
