Keep your meals in the fridge for up to 10-15 days (depending on the meal/written best by dates; check each individual meal for date). When you're ready, heat for 1:30-2 minutes in the microwave and enjoy!

FAQs

How long do the meals last?

Meals can stay fresh for up to 10-15 days from when they are packaged and should be consumed within 5 days of opening. Meals are packaged using a plastic film and modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) to naturally extend the freshness of food without the use of preservatives or chemicals.
 
Each individual meal has its own best by date written on the front of the label, so be mindful of those. Ordering ahead for pickup or delivery guarantees that you get the freshest dates available, while dates available in stores may vary.
 

Do you Ship?

Yes, shipping is available for orders $100 or greater. Shipping is available to parts of MO and IL. Check out the zip code finder at the bottom right corner of the page to see if we ship to you!

Is there a minimum for Shipping?

Yes, only orders of $100 or greater are eligible for shipping. Shipping costs vary depending on your area.

Local Delivery Orders (St. Louis only):

-Delivery fee of $6.99 for orders between $100-$149

-Free shipping for orders of $150 or more

UPS Delivery Orders (outside St. Louis):

-Shipping cost varies by weight (~$10.99-$14.99)

-Free shipping is not available for UPS orders

How do I know if you ship to me?

Check your zip code in the form in the banner at the top of our website. If you're unsure, please call or text us at (314) 328-4246 or email us at info@fit-flavors.com and we will confirm for you.

Do I have to be home for delivery?

No, you don't have to be home during delivery. Your meals will be in an insulated box with ice packs and can sit on the porch for up to 8 hours.

Regarding the packaging materials of delivery orders, all insulation and boxes are 100% recyclable. Ice packs are reusable and returnable.

If you'd like us to recycle your box and cardboard insulation, leave the box and materials on your porch on the day of your next delivery. Any returned ice packs will be sanitized and reused by our team.*

*This option is not available for UPS orders, as these are delivered by a third party. If you would like to return your ice packs to us, you are also welcome to stop by any of our stores to drop them off.

Where are your locations?

We have six convenient locations in St. Louis, MO. More specifically, in Chesterfield, Brentwood, Creve Coeur, St. Peters, Sunset Hills, and Des Peres. Check out our locations page to see a map.

Do I have to order ahead?

Nope! You can come into any of our storefront locations any day of the week and shop just like you'd grocery shop. Our full menu (over 50 items) is stocked each day with fresh, healthy prepared meals (stock of bulk items may vary in-store), so there's no need to order ahead (unless you'd like delivery or the freshest available expiration dates).

What makes the meals healthy?

The food is nutritionally balanced and made with quality ingredients.
 
All of our meals are designed by a team of chefs and registered dietitians to contain a healthy balance of macronutrients without sacrificing flavor. We're proud to use lean, hormone and antibiotic free proteins, slow digesting carbohydrates, and heart healthy fats. We source our ingredients from local suppliers whenever possible.

Do you have gluten free and dairy free options?

About 90% of our meals are naturally gluten free and/or dairy free. In store, look for "GF" and "DF" on the front label of the meal. On the menu, look for "GF" or "DF" next to the meal name. When shopping online, apply the "gluten free" or "dairy free" filters to see which meals do not contain gluten or dairy.

We are extremely cautious when packaging the food, as we package items containing major allergens last and thoroughly sanitize all surfaces and equipment between the packaging of items containing each major allergen. However, if you have an extreme allergy, please note that our facility is exposed to all major allergens.
