Meals:
- Turkey, Eggs, & Potatoes: Seasoned ground turkey, pasture-raised eggs, and a duo of roasted Idaho and sweet potatoes – hearty, simple, and clean fuel to start the day.
- Potato & Egg White Scramble: Fluffy egg whites with roasted Yukon potatoes, vibrant peppers, spinach, and lean turkey sausage. Every bite hits warm, hearty, and perfectly seasoned.
- Turkey Meatballs & Whipped Herb Ricotta: Juicy herb turkey meatballs alongside zucchini, yellow bell pepper, and red onion, served with a cloud of whipped herb ricotta. Light, elegant, and full of fresh flavor.
- Lemon Dill Salmon: Oven-baked salmon with bright lemon and dill, paired with green beans and toasted buttery basmati rice for a clean, light classic.
- Breaded Chicken & Au Gratin Potatoes: Italian breaded chicken, sliced potatoes made with house-made cheese sauce, onions, topped with green onions, side of broccolini

- Buffalo Chicken & Mac N Cheese: Tender shredded chicken breast tossed in spicy buffalo sauce, creamy mac n cheese and green beans. Bold flavor meets comfort and balance.
- Herb Chicken & Truffle Spaghetti Squash: Herb-roasted chicken breast over golden spaghetti squash tossed in truffle oil, fresh basil, garlic, and pine nuts, with tender green beans and peas. Light, fragrant, and elevated – comfort food with a gourmet touch.
- Peanut Chicken Bowl: Curry peanut chicken breast with rice noodles, red bell pepper, and edamame, tossed in a light, creamy peanut sauce and topped with roasted peanuts.
Snacks:
