Meals:
- Peanut Butter Pancakes: Fluffy oat flour pancakes made with Greek yogurt and a hint of cinnamon, served with a side of creamy maple peanut butter sauce. A protein-packed morning treat that tastes too good to be true.
- Barbacoa Bowl: Braised beef seasoned with garlic, cumin, chipotle peppers in verde sauce, lime juice, tomatoes and onion, served with sautéed zucchini, corn cakes, & topped with feta cheese.
- Smothered Philly Bowl: Ground beef smothered with sautéed peppers, onions, mushrooms, and provolone, served over basmati rice. A Philly cheesesteak, fit-flavors style.
- Lean Beef Enchiladas Rojas: Savory ground beef rolled into enchiladas and finished with a rich red sauce and fajita vegetables. Classic comfort with a lighter, more balanced feel.
