Mini house-made salmon cake, kale tossed in fit-flavors tangy Caesar dressing, with creamy parmesan cheese, caramelized onions, and cherry tomatoes. Our salmon is sustainably raised off the coast of Maine and is flushed with fresh sea water five times each day to ensure the fish get vital nutrients. We chose kale as the base of this salad because it is so incredibly nutrient dense, packed with antioxidants and vitamin C, and pre-chop and massage the kale in our house-made Caesar dressing so it's soft and delicious.
