Enjoy delicious and heart-healthy meals with our Low Sodium Meal Plan. Each meal is crafted to provide flavor while keeping sodium levels under 500 mg per serving.

Meals:

  • Turkey, Eggs, & Potatoes: Ground turkey, pasture raised scrambled eggs, and roasted Idaho & sweet potatoes (320mg)
  • Sushi Bowl: Savory-sweet soy-honey-sriracha salmon served with crunchy cabbage, edamame, carrots, juicy mango, and crisp cucumber, finished with a creamy, zesty, spicy mayo. (360mg)
  • Chimichurri Steak: Steak topped with chimichurri sauce, grilled mixed veggies, and roasted potato wedges (190mg)
  • Lemon Dill Salmon: Baked lemon dill salmon, green beans and buttery seasoned white rice (340mg)
  • Sweet Thai Turkey Bowl: Ground turkey and veggies tossed in a sweet Thai chili sauce, side of brown rice (150mg)
  • Breaded Chicken & Au Gratin Potatoes: Italian breaded chicken, sliced potatoes made with homemade cheese sauce, onions, topped with green onions, green beans (460mg)
