Meals:
- Turkey, Eggs & Potatoes: Pasture-raised scrambled eggs with lean ground spiced turkey and roasted Idaho and sweet potatoes. (350 mg sodium)
- Steak & Garlic Parmesan Potatoes: Grilled steak, parmesan and garlic roasted Yukon potatoes, green beans. (220 mg sodium)
- Lemon Dill Salmon: Baked lemon dill salmon, green beans and buttery seasoned basmati rice. (340 mg sodium)
- Mediterranean Turkey Burger: Mediterranean turkey burger, bell peppers, onions, zucchini, blistered tomatoes, roasted sweet potatoes, side of tzatziki sauce (450 mg sodium)
- Balsamic Salmon: Balsamic salmon, roasted carrots, blistered tomatoes, and truffle spaghetti squash. (440 mg sodium)
- Firecracker Chicken: Breaded chicken, zucchini, basmati rice, side of spicy firecracker sauce (460 mg sodium)
