Performance Meal Plan

Fuel your body for peak performance in the gym and in life with our Performance Meal Plan. Each meal is crafted to provide a balanced combination of protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats, ensuring you stay energized and strong. Our aim for each meal in this plan is to have over 35g of carbs and protein.

Meals:

  • Hot Honey Breakfast Scramble: Spicy-sweet chorizo-seasoned turkey, roasted sweet potatoes, pasture-raised eggs finished with a drizzle of hot honey. A bold, energizing twist on a Southern-style breakfast.
  • Cheeseburger Bowl: Everything you crave in a burger, bowl-style, seasoned ground beef over basmati rice, cheddar cheese, tangy pickles and red onions. Served with ketchup and mustard on the side.
  • Muscle Maker: A hearty portion of herb-grilled chicken with fluffy basmati rice — clean, simple, and built for performance.
  • Lemon Dill Salmon: Oven-baked salmon with bright lemon and dill, paired with green beans and toasted buttery basmati rice for a clean, light classic.
  • Mostaccioli: Hearty ground beef baked with chickpea pasta, bright marinara, and three cheeses; ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan, for a high-protein take on a nostalgic Italian favorite.
  • Pesto Turkey Meatballs & Mediterranean Pasta: Herb pesto turkey meatballs over Mediterranean pasta with sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese, and broccolini. Fresh, tangy, and full of bright basil flavor.
  • Firecracker Chicken: Breaded chicken with zucchini and basmati rice, served with our signature spicy firecracker sauce. Sweet heat and balanced satisfaction.
  • Maple Mustard Chicken: BBQ-seasoned chicken breast topped with maple-mustard glaze, paired with our house golden Yukon potatoes roasted with garlic and parmesan, butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, and caramelized onions. Sweet and balanced, cozy dish.

Snacks:

  • PB Bliss Bars: Rich peanut butter and cocoa bar with plant based protein. Sweet, nutty, and melt-in-your-mouth good.
  • Cinnamon Roll Blondie (2 Pack): Soft almond flour blondies with warm cinnamon and a sweet vanilla glaze. All the flavor of a cinnamon roll, none of the crash.
  • PB Cookie Dough Protein Bars: Soft, chewy peanut butter bars with vanilla protein, dark chocolate chips, and a touch of maple. Dessert flavor, clean fuel.

Meal plan options will update every 8-12 weeks in alignment with our menu changes. If you are a subscriber, we will communicate the meal updates prior to the menu changeover date.
