Fuel your body for peak performance in the gym and in life with our Performance Meal Plan. Each meal is crafted to provide a balanced combination of protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats, ensuring you stay energized and strong. Our aim for each meal in this plan is to have over 35 g of carbs and protein.
Meals:
- Egg & Cheese Enchiladas: Pasture raised scrambled eggs in soft corn tortillas, enchilada sauce, mozzarella cheese, basmati rice pilaf with cilantro, tomatoes and corn
- Cheeseburger Bowl: Ground beef, basmati rice, cheddar cheese, mustard, pickles, onions
- Muscle Maker: Larger portion of herb grilled chicken and basmati rice
- Teriyaki Salmon & Fried Rice: Seared salmon topped with teriyaki sauce served with fried rice
- Mediterranean Turkey Burger:Mediterranean turkey burger, bell peppers, onions, zucchini, blistered tomatoes, roasted sweet potatoes, side of tzatziki sauce
- Asian Turkey Burger: Sweet and salty turkey burger, basmati rice, veggie stir-fry sautéed in garlic, ginger and fit-flavors Asian dressing
- Blackened Chicken & Mexican Street Corn: Blackened chicken thigh, basmati rice pilaf with red bell peppers, zucchini, onion and black beans, Mexican street corn, Cotija cheese
- Firecracker Chicken: Breaded chicken, zucchini, basmati rice, side of spicy firecracker sauce
Snacks:
- Blueberry Cream Cheese Breakfast Muffin: Almond flour, gluten free flour, plant based protein powder, collagen peptides, blueberries, cream cheese filling
- Chocolate Chip Muffins (2 Pack): Gluten free oat flour, Greek yogurt, avocado oil, maple syrup, monk fruit, chocolate chips
- Blueberry Cheesecake Bars: Greek yogurt and cream cheese cheesecake filling swirled with blueberry compote with a protein oat crust
Meal plan options will update every 8-12 weeks in alignment with our menu changes. We will communicate the meal updates prior to the menu changeover date.
