Fuel your body for peak performance in the gym and in life with our Performance Meal Plan. Each meal is crafted to provide a balanced combination of protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats, ensuring you stay energized and strong. Our aim for each meal in this plan is to have over 35g of carbs and protein.
Meals:
- Farmer's Breakfast: Pasture raised scrambled eggs, maple turkey sausage, house-made English muffin, and white cheddar cheese
- Cheeseburger Bowl: Ground beef, basmati rice, cheddar cheese, ketchup & mustard, pickles, and onions
- Burger & Fries: Memphis beef burger, Idaho fries, and broccoli with a side of fit-flavors burger sauce
- Lemon Dill Salmon: Baked lemon dill salmon, green beans and buttery seasoned basmati rice
- Firecracker Turkey Burger: Chipotle-spiced turkey burger, served with roasted sweet potato hash, broccoli florets, and a side of firecracker sauce
- Pepper Jack Turkey Burger: Buffalo turkey burger, pepper jack cheese, mac & cheese, broccoli
- Muscle Maker: Larger portion of herb grilled chicken and basmati rice
- Chimichurri Chicken: Herb grilled chicken topped with chimichurri sauce, served with roasted yukon potato wedges and a sweet and savory vegetable blend
Snacks:
- Salted Caramel Chocolate Bars: Chocolate almond flour protein base, sunflower seed butter caramel filling, peanuts, chocolate drizzle
- PB Cookie Dough Protein Bars: Peanut butter, vanilla whey protein powder, chocolate chips, maple syrup, coconut oil, oat flour, and a touch of salt
- Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins (2 Pack): Heart-healthy almond and gluten free flour, bananas, honey, plant-based protein powder, and chocolate chips
Meal plan options will update every 8-12 weeks in alignment with our menu changes. If you are a subscriber, we will communicate the meal updates prior to the menu changeover date.
