Fuel your body for peak performance in the gym and in life with our Performance Meal Plan. Each meal is crafted to provide a balanced combination of protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats, ensuring you stay energized and strong. Our aim for each meal in this plan is to have over 35g of carbs and protein.
Meals:
- Farmer's Breakfast: Pasture raised scrambled eggs, maple turkey sausage, house-made English muffin, and white cheddar cheese
- Cheeseburger Bowl: Ground beef, white rice, cheddar cheese, ketchup & mustard, pickles, and onions
- Muscle Maker: Larger portion of herb grilled chicken and white rice
- Lemon Dill Salmon: Baked lemon dill salmon, green beans and buttery seasoned white rice
- Pepper Jack Turkey Burger: Buffalo turkey burger, pepper jack cheese, mac & cheese, broccoli
- Asian Turkey Burger: Sweet and salty turkey burger, white rice, veggie stir-fry sautéed in garlic, ginger, and fit-flavors Asian dressing
- Orange Chicken: Orange chicken, white rice, stir fry veggies, sesame seeds

Burger & Potatoes: Memphis beef burger, roasted potato wedges, and broccoli with a side of fit-flavors burger sauce
Snacks:
- Monster Cookie Bars: Oats, hemp seeds, peanut butter, honey, plant based protein powder, colorful chocolate gems
- Blueberry Muffins (2 Pack): Gluten-free muffin made with blueberries, oat flour, Greek yogurt, and sweetened with maple syrup and monk fruit
