Achieve your weight loss goals with our Weight Loss Meal Plan. Each meal is under 450 calories, packed with fiber, protein, and plenty of veggies, offering a nutritious way to stay on track while enjoying your meals.

Meals:

  • Farmer's Breakfast: Pasture raised scrambled eggs, maple turkey sausage, house-made English muffin, and white cheddar cheese
  • Spicy Shrimp & Coconut Rice: Red curry shrimp served with coconut rice and a Thai vegetable blend
  • Orange Chicken: Orange chicken, white rice, stir fry veggies, sesame seeds
  • Lemon Dill Salmon: Baked lemon dill salmon, green beans and buttery seasoned white rice
  • Breaded Chicken & Au Gratin Potatoes: Italian breaded chicken, sliced potatoes made with homemade cheese sauce, onions, topped with green onions, green beans
  • Mongolian Beef Meatballs: Savory beef meatballs glazed with a miso-garlic-ginger sauce, served over tender rice noodles and steamed broccoli for a bold, umami-packed dish.
  • Buffalo Chicken & Mac N Cheese: Spicy buffalo shredded chicken, mac n cheese, and green beans
  • Shrimp Alfredo: Whole wheat pasta tossed in creamy Alfredo sauce, seasoned shrimp, and broccoli

Snacks:

  • PB Cookie Dough Protein Bars: Peanut butter, vanilla whey protein powder, chocolate chips, maple syrup, coconut oil, oat flour, and a touch of salt
