Achieve your weight loss goals with our Weight Loss Meal Plan. Each meal is under 450 calories, packed with fiber, protein, and plenty of veggies, offering a nutritious way to stay on track while enjoying your meals.
Meals:
- Farmer's Breakfast: Pasture raised scrambled eggs, maple turkey sausage, house-made English muffin and white cheddar cheese
- Beef & Bok Choy: Sirloin steak topped with house-made teriyaki sauce, seared baby bok choy, white sesame seeds
- Sweet Thai Turkey Bowl: Ground turkey and veggies tossed in a sweet Thai chili sauce with a side of brown rice
- Lemon Dill Salmon: Baked lemon dill salmon, green beans and buttery seasoned basmati rice
- Breaded Chicken & Au Gratin Potatoes: Italian breaded chicken, sliced potatoes made with homemade cheese sauce, onions, topped with green onions, green beans
- Steak & Garlic Parmesan Potatoes: Grilled steak, parmesan and garlic roasted Yukon potatoes, green beans
- Buffalo Chicken & Mac N Cheese: Spicy buffalo shredded chicken, mac n cheese, and green beans
- Herb Shrimp & Rice: Shrimp tossed in fresh herbs, avocado and olive oils, bell peppers, onions, zucchini, blistered tomatoes, and basmati rice, with a slice of lemon
Snacks:
- PB Cookie Dough Protein Bars: Peanut butter, vanilla whey protein powder, chocolate chips, maple syrup, coconut oil, oat flour, and a touch of salt
- Blueberry Cheesecake: Low sugar Greek yogurt and cream cheese cheesecake filling swirled with blueberry compote with a protein oat crust
- Chocolate Chip Muffins (2 Pack): Gluten free oat flour, Greek yogurt, avocado oil, maple syrup, monk fruit, chocolate chips
