Fuel your body for peak performance in the gym and in life with our Performance Meal Plan. Each meal is crafted to provide a balanced combination of protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats, ensuring you stay energized and strong. Our aim for each meal in this plan is to have over 35g of carbs and protein.
Meals:
- Cheeseburger Bowl: Ground beef, white rice, cheddar cheese, ketchup & mustard, pickles, and onions
- Muscle Maker: Larger portion of herb grilled chicken and white rice
- Asian Turkey Burger: Sweet and salty turkey burger, white rice, veggie stir-fry sautéed in garlic, ginger, and fit-flavors Asian dressing
- Beef, Eggs, & Sweet Potato: Verde braised beef, sweet potatoes, scrambled eggs, and pico de gallo
- Maple Mustard Salmon, Garlic Yukons, & Broccoli: Salmon topped with a maple mustard sauce, garlic yukon mashed potatoes, and broccoli
- Smothered Philly Bowl: Ground beef topped with provolone cheese, green bell pepper, onions, mushrooms, served with white rice
- Chimichurri Chicken: Herb grilled chicken topped with chimichurri sauce, served with roasted yukon potato wedges and a sweet and savory vegetable blend
- Tikka Masala: Chicken, tomatoes, onion, Greek yogurt, garam masala seasoning, cilantro white rice
Snacks:
- Chocolate Chip Muffins (2 Pack): Gluten free oat flour, Greek yogurt, avocado oil, maple syrup, monk fruit, chocolate chips
- Banana Blueberry Breakfast Muffin: Almond & gluten free flour, bananas, plant protein powder, honey, brown sugar, and blueberries
- Lemon Blueberry Loaf (1 Pack): Almond and tapioca flour based "bread" sweetened with lemons and blueberries
Meal plan options will update every 8-12 weeks in alignment with our menu changes. We will communicate the meal updates prior to the menu changeover date.
