Fuel your body for peak performance in the gym and in life with our Performance Meal Plan. Each meal is crafted to provide a balanced combination of protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats, ensuring you stay energized and strong. Our aim for each meal in this plan is to have over 35g of carbs and protein.

Meals:
- Farmer’s Breakfast: Pasture-raised scrambled eggs, maple turkey sausage, seasoned potatoes, and roasted vegetables
- Cheeseburger Bowl: Ground beef, basmati rice, cheddar cheese, ketchup, mustard, and roasted broccoli
- Muscle Maker: Cajun-spiced grilled chicken served with roasted potatoes and broccoli
- Lemon Dill Salmon: Baked lemon dill salmon, green beans, and butter-herbed potatoes
- Pepper Jack Turkey Burger: Buffalo-style turkey burger with pepper jack cheese, mac & cheese, and broccoli
- Deluxe Pizza Bowl: Italian-seasoned beef, marinara, pepperoni, roasted vegetables, and mozzarella
- Honey Mustard Chicken: Seared honey mustard chicken, roasted Yukon potatoes, and green beans
- Beef Enchiladas: Seasoned beef enchiladas topped with red enchilada sauce and served with cilantro-lime rice and vegetables
Snacks:
- PB Bliss Bars: Peanut butter, almond flour, plant-based protein powder, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and coconut oil
- Monster Cookie Bars: Oats, hemp seeds, peanut butter, honey, plant-based protein, and chocolate chips
- PB Cookie Dough Protein Bars: Peanut butter, vanilla whey protein powder, chocolate chips, maple syrup, and almond flour
Meal plan options will update every 8-12 weeks in alignment with our menu changes. If you are a subscriber, we will communicate the meal updates prior to the menu changeover date.
