Low Sodium Meal Plan

Enjoy delicious and heart-healthy meals with our Low Sodium Meal Plan. Each meal is crafted to provide flavor while keeping sodium levels under 500 mg per serving.

Meals:

  • Turkey, Eggs, & Potatoes: Pasture-raised scrambled eggs with lean ground spiced turkey and roasted Idaho & sweet potatoes. (350 mg sodium)
  • Steak & Garlic Parmesan Potatoes: Grilled steak, parmesan and garlic roasted Yukon potatoes, and green beans. (220 mg sodium)
  • Lemon Dill Salmon: Baked lemon dill salmon, green beans, and buttery seasoned white rice. (340 mg sodium)
  • Turkey & Tzatziki Sauce: Ground turkey, zucchini, red bell pepper, fresh herbs, sweet potatoes, with a side of tzatziki sauce (350 mg)
  • Smothered Philly Bowl: Ground beef topped with provolone cheese, green bell pepper, onions, mushrooms, served with white rice (320 mg)
  • Chimichurri Chicken: Herb grilled chicken topped with chimichurri sauce, served with roasted yukon potato wedges and a sweet and savory vegetable blend (230 mg)
  • Muscle Maker: Larger portion of herb grilled chicken and basmati rice (190 mg)
  • Pesto Turkey Meatballs & Mediterranean Pasta: Pesto turkey meatballs served with gluten-free mediterranean pasta and broccolini (350 mg)

Snacks:

  • Chocolate Chip Muffins (2 Pack): Gluten free oat flour, Greek yogurt, avocado oil, maple syrup, monk fruit, chocolate chips.  (125 mg)
  • Lemon Blueberry Loaf (1 Pack): Almond and tapioca flour based "bread" sweetened with lemons and blueberries (200 mg)
  • PB Cookie Dough Protein Bars: Peanut butter, vanilla whey protein powder, chocolate chips, maple syrup, coconut oil, oat flour, and a touch of salt. (105 mg)

Meal plan options will update every 8-12 weeks in alignment with our menu changes. We will communicate the meal updates prior to the menu changeover date.
