Enjoy delicious and heart-healthy meals with our Low Sodium Meal Plan. Each meal is crafted to provide flavor while keeping sodium levels under 500 mg per serving.
Meals:
- Turkey, Eggs, & Potatoes: Pasture-raised scrambled eggs with lean ground spiced turkey and roasted Idaho & sweet potatoes. (350 mg sodium)
- Steak & Garlic Parmesan Potatoes: Grilled steak, parmesan and garlic roasted Yukon potatoes, and green beans. (220 mg sodium)
- Lemon Dill Salmon: Baked lemon dill salmon, green beans, and buttery seasoned white rice. (340 mg sodium)
- Turkey & Tzatziki Sauce: Ground turkey, zucchini, red bell pepper, fresh herbs, sweet potatoes, with a side of tzatziki sauce (350 mg)
- Smothered Philly Bowl: Ground beef topped with provolone cheese, green bell pepper, onions, mushrooms, served with white rice (320 mg)
- Chimichurri Chicken: Herb grilled chicken topped with chimichurri sauce, served with roasted yukon potato wedges and a sweet and savory vegetable blend (230 mg)
