Fuel your body for peak performance in the gym and in life with our Performance Meal Plan. Each meal is crafted to provide a balanced combination of protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats, ensuring you stay energized and strong. Our aim for each meal in this plan is to have over 35g of carbs and protein.

Meals:
- Turkey, Eggs, & Potatoes: Seasoned ground turkey, pasture-raised eggs, and a duo of roasted Idaho and sweet potatoes – hearty, simple, and clean fuel to start the day.
- Cheeseburger Bowl: Everything you crave in a burger, bowl-style. Seasoned ground beef over basmati rice, cheddar cheese, tangy pickles and red onions. Served with ketchup and mustard on the side.
- Muscle Maker: A hearty portion of herb-grilled chicken with fluffy basmati rice – clean, simple, and built for performance.
- Lemon Dill Salmon: Oven-baked salmon with bright lemon and dill, paired with green beans and toasted buttery basmati rice for a clean, light classic.
- Braised Beef Bolognese: Slow-braised beef simmered in a rich tomato sauce with carrots, celery, peppers, and aromatic herbs, served over whole wheat penne and finished with shaved parmesan. A hearty bolognese, built the right way.
- Asian Turkey Burger: Sweet and salty turkey burger with basmati rice and a vibrant veggie stir-fry tossed in ginger, garlic, and fit-flavors’ house Asian sauce. A crave-worthy balance of sweet and salty.
- Chicken Alfredo: Grilled chicken breast and broccoli tossed in a velvety whole wheat spaghetti Alfredo. Rich, comforting, and built with real ingredients.
- Blackened Chicken & Mexican Street Corn: Shredded blackened chicken thigh with a colorful rice pilaf, black beans, and Mexican street corn topped with Cotija cheese. Bright, bold, and full of flavor.
Snacks:
- PB Bliss Bars: Rich peanut butter and cocoa bar with plant based protein. Sweet, nutty, and melt-in-your-mouth good.
- Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins (2 Pack): Gluten-free muffins with ripe banana, dairy-free chocolate chips, and a hint of cinnamon, naturally sweetened with honey and boosted with plant-based protein. A guilt-free treat that tastes like pure comfort.
- PB Cookie Dough Balls (2 Pack): Creamy peanut butter, vanilla protein powder, and dairy-free chocolate chips – rolled into satisfying, no-bake bites that taste like cookie dough and fuel like a snack should.
Meal plan options will update every 8-12 weeks in alignment with our menu changes. If you are a subscriber, we will communicate the meal updates prior to the menu changeover date.
