Enjoy delicious and heart-healthy meals with our Low Sodium Meal Plan. Each meal is crafted to provide flavor while keeping sodium levels under 500 mg per serving.

***Items in meal plans cannot be removed, substituted, or swapped out.***

Meals:

  • Turkey, Eggs, & Potatoes: Ground turkey, pasture-raised scrambled eggs, and roasted potatoes
  • Apple Rosemary Chicken & Fall Veggies: Sweet apple rosemary chicken, butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, and roasted fall vegetables
  • Cheeseburger Bowl: Ground beef, basmati rice, cheddar cheese, ketchup, mustard, and roasted broccoli
  • Lemon Dill Salmon: Baked lemon dill salmon, green beans, and butter-herbed potatoes
  • Deluxe Pizza Bowl: Italian-seasoned beef, marinara, pepperoni, roasted vegetables, and mozzarella
  • Sweet & Salty Turkey Burger: Asian-inspired turkey burger with a veggie stir-fry and sweet & salty sauce
  • Firecracker Chicken: Cajun-spiced chicken with roasted potatoes and broccoli, served with firecracker sauce
  • Balsamic Chicken Pasta: Balsamic-glazed chicken tossed with gluten-free pasta, roasted vegetables, and herbs
