Enjoy delicious and heart-healthy meals with our Low Sodium Meal Plan. Each meal is crafted to provide flavor while keeping sodium levels under 500 mg per serving.

Meals:

  • Turkey, Eggs, & Potatoes: Seasoned ground turkey, pasture-raised eggs, and a duo of roasted Idaho and sweet potatoes – hearty, simple, and clean fuel to start the day. (340mg sodium)
  • Smothered Philly Bowl: Ground beef smothered with sautéed peppers, onions, mushrooms, and provolone, served over basmati rice. A Philly cheesesteak, fit-flavors style. (350mg sodium)
  • Miso Salmon & Forbidden Rice: Oven-roasted salmon glazed in a savory white miso and sesame sauce, served over nutty forbidden black rice with tender broccoli. Rich, umami-forward, and beautifully balanced. (400mg sodium)
  • Turkey & Tzatziki Sauce: Spiced ground turkey with roasted sweet potatoes, zucchini, and red bell pepper, paired with a cool, herb-forward tzatziki. Mediterranean warmth meets bright, refreshing finish. (350mg sodium)
  • Turkey Taco Stuffed Pepper: Bell pepper stuffed with salsa-seasoned ground turkey and topped with pico. Bold taco flavor in a lighter, satisfying format. (300mg sodium)
