Achieve your weight loss goals with our Weight Loss Meal Plan. Each meal is under 450 calories, packed with fiber, protein, and plenty of veggies, offering a nutritious way to stay on track while enjoying your meals.

Meals:

  • Turkey, Eggs, & Potatoes: Ground turkey, pasture-raised scrambled eggs, and roasted potatoes
  • Low Carb Salmon: Seared salmon topped with romesco sauce, served with roasted vegetables
  • Apple Rosemary Chicken & Fall Veggies: Sweet apple rosemary chicken, butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, and roasted fall vegetables
  • Lemon Dill Salmon: Baked lemon dill salmon, green beans, and butter-herbed potatoes
  • Breaded Chicken & Au Gratin Potatoes: Italian breaded chicken, cheesy au gratin potatoes, and green beans
  • Sweet & Salty Turkey Burger: Asian-inspired turkey burger with a veggie stir-fry and sweet & salty sauce
  • Buffalo Chicken & Mac N Cheese: Spicy buffalo shredded chicken, mac and cheese, and roasted broccoli
  • Cowboy Chili: A protein-packed, bean-free chili featuring lean beef, tomatoes, and warming spices
