Coronavirus Update
This article will be updated as federal, state, and local governments release pertinent information that requires a response from our organization. Last updated November 18, 2020 10:42am.
The health and safety of our customers, team members and community is always our highest priority. With the heightened health concern amidst the growing spread of coronavirus, or COVID-19, we wanted to communicate with you the measures we've put in place to ensure your health and safety.

Food Handling & Preparation

In regards to food handling, preparation, packaging and distribution, there are always rigorous practices in place to prevent the spread of germs in our facilities and those of our vendors. All team members practice strict adherence to rules and policies regarding cleaning, sanitizing, gloves, hand washing, and personal hygiene to ensure a safe kitchen environment.

Stores & Delivery

During the shutdown, our retail stores are an essential service and will remain open with normal business hours.
We already sanitize and disinfect surfaces on a daily basis. During this time of heightened health precaution, we are proactively sanitizing and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces multiple times every hour, such as door handles, microwaves, and counter tops. Store capacity will be limited to no more than 25% of fire code allowance. We also ask that customers do not bring bags from home.
All store locations are open for to-go shopping and online order pickup. In addition, we will accommodate any requests for a curbside pickup.

Home deliveries will continue to the greater St. Louis area with our in house team. We are offering free delivery/shipping on all orders $75+ with code STAYHEALTHY at checkout.
Having healthy food delivered is an excellent way to support a strong immune system if you are showing symptoms of illness or if you want to reduce in-person contact with others. Moreover, we will honor any requests for a no-contact delivery.

Nutrition Support

Educational resources are available to help you keep a strong immune system, stay healthy, and stay up to date with the latest COVID-19 information:

Schedule a complementary 10-minute virtual nutrition consultation with Licensed & Registered Dietitian Allison Lesko to get your nutrition questions answered and stay on track. Schedule your consult here.

To stay healthy during this time, one of the best things you can do is eat nutrient-rich, quality foods to support a strong immune system and help mitigate risk of illness. In addition, practice responsible personal hygiene routines such as frequent and thorough hand washing, reduce excessive facial touching, and limit contact with people showing symptoms of illness.

We take the responsibility of feeding you and your family very seriously, especially during this time of heightened health awareness.

While fear of the unknown is always a bit frightening and causes anxiety and stress, in times like these, we all need to pause, take a deep breath, and center ourselves. We will all get through this together.

Please contact us via email (info@fit-flavors.com) or phone (314-744-9048) if you have any questions or concerns that you would like to discuss further. We are here to help.

In health,
