Vacation doesn’t have to mean falling off track. With a little planning (and maybe a cooler), you can feel amazing wherever summer takes you.

Road trip?
Pack a few fit‑flavors meals in a cooler bag with ice packs. They’re perfect for hotel microwaves or quick picnic stops. Don’t forget grab-and-go snacks like trail mix or fruit.

Lake weekend?
Bring prepped meals so you’re not stuck eating chips and mystery burgers. Keep it light during the day and enjoy a balanced dinner at night.

Flying?
Eat a fit‑flavors meal before the airport to avoid overpriced and underwhelming food. Pack protein bars and snack packs for inflight snacking.

Tips to stay on track:
