The leaves are starting to change colors, the air is getting crisp, and pumpkin everything is back. Fall is here and we're excited to roll out our new Fall menu! This menu our team was inspired by the fall season and Thanksgiving. This menu features turkey sausage, cranberry sauce, roasted butternut squash, brussels sprouts, and caramelized onions.
We wanted to make our own sausage spice blend to control sodium while offering a unique flavor to our house made turkey sausage. We use a 93/7 ground turkey, which is a leaner and healthier option than traditional sausage. We used this sausage spice blend in our new Cranberry Turkey Slider that we paired with everyone's favorite house made english muffin.
Our seasonal inspired cranberry sauce can also be found on the Cranberry Turkey Slider as well as a new vegan favorite, Stuffed Acorn Squash. This cranberry sauce is made from real cranberries, monk fruit, and honey. Monk fruit is naturally sweet with sweetness that comes from antioxidants and the fruit itself. This natural low calorie sweetener can help control blood sugar levels and it is also an anti-inflammatory.

We always want to challenge the status quo when it comes to meal prepping and bring a more elevated experience that you would not find in most meal prep options. You can also find some old favorites returning on this menu like our White Chicken Chili and Turkey Sage Meatballs.
